Players pay when they book. RecFlow runs on Stripe Connect, so money lands in your own Stripe account on Stripe's normal payout schedule — minus one flat platform fee per booking. You never wait on RecFlow to get paid.
No. RecFlow runs in any browser, on any device. Organizers get a dashboard; players get a booking page and a check-in screen. Nothing to install, nothing to keep updated.
Yes. Players you already run games for keep coming to the same sessions — they just book and pay through RecFlow now. We help you import your roster during onboarding.
A spot in a scheduled game — for example “Tuesday 7pm 7v7 soccer, 16 spots, $12 a player.” One-off or recurring, with a waitlist that promotes players automatically when a spot frees up.
The platform fee is a flat percentage on player bookings only. Your monthly plan price is fixed by tier. League entries are billed the same way.
Each organization is its own tenant with its own dashboard, staff, sessions, and payouts. You can switch between the ones you manage from a single login.
